By submitting this booking request, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Booking Request and Confirmation

  • All booking details provided must be complete and accurate.
  • Submitting this form does not automatically confirm a reservation.
  • A reservation is considered confirmed only after the resort team reviews the request and the required payment has been completed.
  • Availability remains subject to confirmation by the resort team.

Reservation and Payment Policy

  • A required down payment of 30% of the total booking amount must be paid to secure the reservation.
  • The down payment must be completed at least 7 days before the scheduled event or booking date.
  • The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival.
  • Submitting a booking request does not automatically reserve or confirm the selected date.
  • The reservation will only be marked as confirmed after the resort team reviews the request and verifies the down payment.
  • If the customer cancels the reservation, a 20% deduction will be applied to the down payment already paid.
  • Rescheduling may be allowed when there is no conflict with another booking and the customer provides a valid reason, such as an emergency or hospitalization.
  • All cancellation and rescheduling requests remain subject to resort management approval.

Payment and Rescheduling

  • Payments made are non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling requests may be accommodated when the resort is informed in advance, subject to availability and management approval.
  • Additional charges may apply when the customer requests changes to the original booking.

Resort Rules and Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests are required to follow all resort rules, pool rules, safety guidelines, and house policies during their visit or stay.
  • Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
  • Proper swimming attire is required when using the pool.
  • Please keep the pool, garden, rooms, cottages, and common areas clean.
  • Dispose of waste properly in the designated trash bins.
  • Guests are expected to respect other visitors and resort staff.
  • Guests must use the resort facilities and amenities responsibly.
  • Please follow any additional instructions provided by the resort team during your visit.

Personal Belongings and Safety

  • Guests are responsible for taking care of their personal belongings.
  • Mitchell’s Park Resort is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
  • Guests must exercise reasonable care while using the resort facilities and amenities.
  • Guests should immediately report any safety concern, accident, or damaged facility to the resort team.

Management Rights

  • Management reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, safety concerns, or events beyond the resort’s control.
  • Management may refuse service or ask guests to leave the premises when resort rules are repeatedly or seriously violated.
  • Additional house rules may be provided upon booking confirmation.
